How Do I Contact Shopmobility Basingstoke?

Simply telephone us on 01256 476066 to make a booking or to ask our team of volunteers a question.

We will discuss your requirements and work out which vehicle would best suit your needs. Don't worry if you have not used the equipment before. We will show you how to use it and make sure you are happy before you leave the centre.

We do need 48 hours notice if you would like an escort or need meeting at the bus or train station.

Monday to Friday  9.00a.m. to 4.30 p.m.
Saturday 9.00a.m. to 4.00pm
Sunday 11.00am to 4.00pm
(Closed All Bank Holiday Mondays)

Registration and Hire Costs

Although Shopmobility is part funded by Basingstoke and Deane Borough Council we do need to make a small charge to help to cover costs.
Registration £3.00 for 12 months
Hire Fee £3.00 per day or part thereof
